These Terms of Service apply to your use of aurabliss.ie and to purchases made from AuraBliss through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, "AuraBliss", "we", "us" and "our" refer to AuraBliss. "You" and "your" refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies that apply to your purchase, including our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

1. Our Online Store

AuraBliss sells handmade gifts and home-fragrance products, including wax flower bouquets, soy wax candles, wax melts, handmade soaps, gift sets and related products.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software, access information without authorisation, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, fragrance information and other details on our website are accurate.

Because many AuraBliss products are handmade, small variations in colour, shape, arrangement, decorative detail or finish are normal. These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of the products and do not necessarily mean that an item is faulty.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Where dimensions or weights are described as approximate, small handmade variations may occur.

The product page should always be checked for the particular size, fragrance, colour, contents and options available for the item you are ordering.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

We may discontinue products, fragrances, colours or other options at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

You are responsible for checking that your order information, delivery details, selected product options and contact information are correct before completing checkout.

After your order is placed, you may receive an automated order confirmation. We may contact you if additional information is needed to prepare or deliver your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

• A product being unavailable
• An obvious pricing or product-information error
• Payment not being authorised
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Delivery being unavailable to the address provided
• Us being unable to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

The price charged will be the price shown during checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a later price change will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on our website and/or during checkout.

For orders delivered within Ireland, our usual delivery timeframe is approximately 3-5 business days, unless a different preparation or delivery time is stated on the relevant product page.

Handmade, personalised, made-to-order or seasonal products may occasionally require additional preparation time.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may contact you to arrange redelivery and, where appropriate, require payment of the reasonable additional delivery cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Cancelling an Online Order

For most goods purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, contact us at info@aurabliss.ie within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within the period required by law.

Certain legal exceptions to the right to cancel may apply, including in relation to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

8. Personalised and Made-to-Order Products

Some AuraBliss products may be personalised or made according to choices or instructions supplied by you.

This may include custom colours, personalised arrangements, bespoke design requests or other custom specifications.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Where a product is genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right to change your mind may not apply.

This does not affect your rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as agreed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

9. Gift Messages and Custom Requests

Where available, you may provide a gift message or other customisation information when ordering.

Please ensure that information submitted is accurate and appropriate.

We reserve the right not to reproduce content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.

Where we cannot fulfil a requested customisation, we will contact you before proceeding where reasonably possible.

10. Candle and Wax Product Safety

Candles, wax melts and wax warmers involve heat and, in some cases, an open flame and must be used carefully.

Always follow the safety and care information supplied with the product and any instructions displayed on the relevant product page.

When using candles:

• Place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface or suitable candle holder
• Keep them away from flammable materials and draughts
• Keep them away from children and pets
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Allow candles and containers to cool before handling
• Follow any product-specific wick and burning instructions

When using wax melts, use only a suitable wax warmer and follow the warmer manufacturer's instructions.

Never heat or burn wax while it remains attached to ribbons, wrapping, dried flowers, packaging or other decorative materials.

Wax pieces intended for use must first be fully removed from the decorative arrangement and separated from all non-wax decorative materials.

Some scented wax products are intended only as passive fragrance products and must not be burned or melted. Follow the instructions supplied with the individual product.

11. Wax Burners

Tealight wax burners can become very hot during use.

Always place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and use it only as directed.

Never leave a lit tealight or heated wax burner unattended.

Keep burners away from children, pets and flammable materials and allow the burner and wax to cool fully before touching, moving or cleaning them.

Only use fragrance products that are suitable for the particular burner.

12. Handmade Soap and Skin Products

Ingredients and other relevant product information are provided with the product and/or on the applicable product page.

Please review the ingredient information before use, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities or known reactions to cosmetic ingredients or fragrances.

Handmade soaps are for external use only.

Avoid contact with the eyes and do not ingest the product.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Where appropriate for you, you may choose to test a small area before wider use.

If you have a medical condition, serious allergy or specific skin concern, seek appropriate professional advice before using a new cosmetic product.

13. Care of Decorative Wax Products

Wax is sensitive to temperature.

Wax bouquets, sculptural candles and other decorative wax products should be stored or displayed away from:

• Direct sunlight
• Radiators
• Fires
• Hot windows
• High-temperature environments
• Excessive moisture

High temperatures may soften, deform or melt wax.

AuraBliss cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by storage or use that is inconsistent with the product's care instructions.

14. Gift Cards

AuraBliss digital gift cards are delivered electronically and may be used towards eligible purchases on aurabliss.ie.

The available value and any specific conditions are shown on the gift-card product page.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

The current AuraBliss digital gift card is offered without an expiry date.

15. Returns, Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a return or report a problem with an order.

Your legal rights are separate from any additional store return policy we may offer.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

We will not use these Terms to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Website Accuracy

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain an error relating to matters such as:

• Product descriptions
• Prices
• Availability
• Promotions
• Delivery charges
• Delivery estimates

We may correct genuine errors when they are discovered.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and deal with the order fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the AuraBliss website, including our branding, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, designs and other original materials, belongs to AuraBliss or is used with permission.

You may use the website for your own personal and non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or use our original website content or branding without permission where doing so would infringe our intellectual-property rights.

18. Reviews, Feedback and Content You Submit

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph or other content to AuraBliss, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.

Where you give us permission to publish that content, we may display it in connection with AuraBliss marketing or our website in accordance with the permission provided.

We may remove content from our website that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, social-media services or other websites.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

AuraBliss is not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

20. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared and your data-protection rights.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AuraBliss's liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

You are responsible for following reasonable product safety, usage and care instructions.

AuraBliss will not be responsible for loss or damage caused solely by use of a product contrary to clear safety instructions, deliberate misuse, or circumstances for which AuraBliss is not legally responsible.

For purchases made as a consumer, we do not exclude liability that applicable law requires us to bear.

22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as major courier disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failure or other exceptional events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with you where appropriate.

This section does not affect rights you have under applicable consumer law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, services or applicable law.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that you already have in relation to an existing order.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
